There is ways if you are losing a pvp match certain classes can disconnect people by a combo of skills (might be two classes skills working together). I have been dced while winning several times since back yet again and rejoin the match in just seconds only to find out I am no longer in the match as there is NO grace period. This has been a big gripe every since they messed it up on accident people always complain about it but nothing ever gets done. There should at least be a 45 second grace period. I mean come on at LEAST 45 seconds. Only people who would not be okay with that is exploiters who DC people to win a match.

TBH with the DC part all they need to do is time someone who is not good at typing have them type out there password and hit enter world time that function and then add about 10 second safety net to that. That would be fair.

Guild gear was suppose to be fixed. Said in the patch notes it was fixed yet lol wow this company it is STILL in lower level pvp and there is STILL no level requirement guild gear. This is almost funny oh we fixed it... OREALLY.... Let me know how that works out..

Other than those two items I can say everything looks and feels pretty nice in low level pvp. Everyone who low level pvp now is usually pretty well geared as it is mostly alts now. Every once in a while you get to help out a new player and teach them the ropes which is great and what should be happening. Getting them some wins or showing them the worst of the low level pvp when they are getting spawn camped. Which actually since being back has only happened once. They teams are usually really well balanced (minus getting pre-mades in guild gear). I applaud the NW team on that front.

How? I was in a winning match and suddenly disconnected without the usual lag or SNR it comes with... so I gave it 2 seconds to contemplate the possibility then I just dismissed it as I'm being paranoid. You saying someone could disconnect you by... attempting to login to your account?? I'm confused now.

No that would require hacking. When I noticed it was usually via a OP and TR combo hitting on me. It happens normally during a stun and I am quickly hitting my saving throw trying to not die when I become unstun. Next thing I get is server stopped responding and boom disconnect and log back in and bam you are no longer in the party you will be teleported.

You can chock it up to coincidence but when it happens time and time and time again it is obvious something is broken. It will make this HAMSTER stop if they put in a short grace period and when they can no longer use an exploit to make a team lopsided for easy pickings the exploiting will stop. Right now there is an incentive to exploit if you are losing and there is nothing no one can do about it because you can claim you was just normally using skills and did not know any better.

Occam's razor: the simplest explanation is usually the correct one.

In this case, the simplest explanation would be placebo. The next simplest set of explanations would be that either your ISP has problems, or your hardware/software has some kind of technical difficulty when the system initiates certain combination of gfx/audfx.

Been playing PvP as much as anyone else for the last 2 years, against all combinations of all types. Never, for once, did anything you describe ever happen to me, or anyone else I know. When there really is a problem, it's usually made known quickly. A classic example would be the vidlag caused by GF/KV, or DC/AS.

Bug or exploits do not discriminate. If something happens to you, and you alone, and frequently enough to be convinced that it's just not a fluke, then logic very simply points out you as the source of the problem, not some wily conspiracy directed at you.
Stop making excuses. Be a man.
If you know something to be broken, stop using it.
Otherwise, you've got no right to be speaking of 'balance.'

We are going to say you are correct. An ISP problem that last maybe a few seconds only long enough to DC someone. Oddly it singles out when you are winning but hey whatever. You are correct. So you get right back in game and are kicked from your map after only a few seconds... Still not fair as it is still something you are not controlling. A 45 second grace timer is not going to hurt anyone. They have grace periods in almost every MMO I have ever played some longer than others. Like I said does not have to be long just long enough for someone to log in and click enter world.

Still not even addressing the Oh we made all Guild equipment have a level requirement part or the equation when clearly they did not. Clearly you can still get guild equipment for level 10-19 pvp which is an ilevel of 125. I mean if that is not BEYOND funny I do not know what is. Hey guys we fixed it and made it so all g-gear requires level 70... Oops meant we lied to see how dumb you are. Looks like it was suppose to be patched today but not holding my breath on that one.

    Here's a tip.

When you don't have any proof, have not made any inquiries, have not bothered to investigate the matter in any manner, gather on anything that even remotely resembles objective evidence, not even a single picture or a recording or a screen capture, and yet still have the galls to accuse someone of using some sort of mysterius cheatery that for some reason only happens to you...

...that tends to make sound really stupid, with no reason for people to take you seriously.

In a sense, even the "jumping is cheating because it actually does have some effect in combat" buffoons are more credible than the pile of chit you've dumped here.

Of course, you're very much welcome to prove me wrong.

Heck, if you can do that, you'd actually be uncovering some sort of exploit/bug that the devs probably did not know about, and be doing the game and the community a big service.

But I have my doubts. *snicker*

You mean like the guild gear being used in low level pvp? lol. Yeah you prove me wrong I do not care what a nobody thinks. You must care what I think cause you are trying to attack me but I do not share the same sentient. I am only asking for a grace period when HAMSTER happens NO MATTER what the cause. So please go take your tough guy fanboi HAMSTER somewhere else because it will not fly on me.

How about u stop trolling the low lvl bracket for once with your Transcendent and r12s and let the ppl that lvl up play.

If they truly wanted balance PvP, they would have to inforce level requirements for enchants. And a lot of people would get really upset. So that's probably why they don't do it? I don't know and this is not an official statement, just my opinion.

Actually lower level pvp is pretty much for the most part balanced. Usually I am up against people as geared as me. Only every once in a while you hit a pre-made with everyone geared. Most the time it is an odd mix. You have some who are geared others who are not. Those who are not you understand they are new and you give them tips and tricks that work for there class.

Also unless you are wearing white or trash quality gear in lower level pvp you are not getting one shotted. You have a bit of a fighting chance no matter even if you are against a pre-made. Usually there is about two or three geared people on your side. Played right even against a pre-made you can win unlike higher level pvp. I have beat pre-mades against Vampire Trolls the most notorious low level pre-made guild. I have even been in pre-mades with Vampire Trolls and lost. (I do believe they are one of the best low level twink guilds out there.) All in all it is about fun and pre-60 is where a lot of us prefer to stay and not to own but because you do not have the worries that are in the upper brackets. For one you can not stack stats dangerously high like you can in the 70's. You do not have insane amounts of deflect unless you use bugged gear like the guild gear.

I have even been in pre-mades where we take new players along for the ride. Teaching them the game and letting them have a blast and learning there character. You REALLY do not have that in higher level pvp. At level 70 everyone expects you to be pro and have 5 zillion item level and be all decked out in pvp gear. Which let's be honest if you are new and just dinged 70 you might not have all that. Higher level pvp is where all the Dbags hang out at those who enjoy fun stick at the lower levels.

Okay figured out how I got DCed I happened to have a friend over who works going around town fixing networks and HAMSTER and he was visiting me and I showed him what happens as he plays too. He ran some diagnostic tools as well while I was playing not sure what they where. Anyway with the OP skills going off and me being stunned via TR quing up skills the thing we noticed was it started sending HUGE amounts of data to my system (not sure I am explaining it right). Even though I allowed it through the firewall my system was treating it like a threat and temporary softblocking it as it was treating it like a DDOS attack. When the data chucks stop it is business as usual which is why I can log right in immediately after.

Now not sure why this happens I try to explain this seems to only happen while I am winning and he said RNG man you lose what 2 matches out of 10 so yes it would appear that way. So I THINK he fixed the problem but the bigger question is why is neverwinter sending that much data like that? Also brings me back to point one not my fault stop penalizing us and kicking us from the map.

I played many of games never had this happen and only game that penalizes you for a temp dc which is beyond anyones control.

I'm sure it'd be embarrassing to admit that I'm always right in these sort of things where experience really does count for something.
