Can't edit foundry quest, get 'gameserver transfer error'

When I try to edit a foundry quest, it worked the first time when I came back to neverwinter. Now anytime I try, I get a 'gameserver transfer error' which disconencts me from the game completely. now what?

as I suspected when the support ticket was closed and I was told to get support on there forums at this location. Absolutely no response.
