Dread Ring stuck map change issue

Is this still happening?! Tried to change maps today in DR and was stuck in the map loading screen. If everyone isn't in the same map when forming party, it seems we have to zone in and invite to avoid the risk of someone getting stuck while changing maps. Any way to do a map change without running into this problem?

I kill the client if the map change takes more than 10 seconds. You can also try exiting the map (go to PE), and coming back to DR which should put you in the same instance as the leader.
