Map Transfer Failed: Cannot find corresponding entity

Even though it is a complete waste of my time to post a bug report, I am doing so simply for the humor of the bug.
I was queued for gg pvp and the queue popped and I accepted. After a brief amount of time the zone started loading and was about three-fourths the way loaded and it 'rewound' itself and started loading again. Then the delightfully descriptive message "Map Transfer Failed: Cannot find corresponding entity" popped up and I was disconnected and kicked to login. I logged in again and it put me into the gg pvp zone but quickly it zoned me out and to icewind dale. Then it gave the message that there was a party faction and it kicked me from the group and gave me a nice 30 minute leaver penalty as a reward.
I guess it could have been worse and added a message of "you sux nub" or something.
