NEED Help with Control Wizard. How to obtain Orb of Elemental Fire

Can someone please direct me to the steps necessary to get the Orb of Elemental Fire for my Control Wiz? I have the Paired Artifact Talismen. I have done the vigilant tasks for Drowned Shore, Reclamation Rock, Firey Pit and Spineward. Today I planted the last seed for Spineward, expecting the reward (from what others told me). I did all the seed quests by tree with Minsc. Why and where can I get my orb of elemental fire? I went back through Reclamation Rock, Drowned Shore, Firey Pit and Spineward and no Yellow notices of the folks in those areas. Any insight as the location of the orb or what I might be doing wrong would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Have you visited PE yet? I think the off hand comes from a quest granted from Lord Neveremember or someone up top...

    are you level 70? If i recall you get mail at level 70 with artifact in it.

    Complete "final vigilance" , start "seed of air" bring the seed to PE and give it to tree, talk to archdruid. Should get it then
