About alchemy lvl upping...

Hello there friends, didnt knew where to put this so decided to pput the question here.
And the question is... What are the exact requirements for lvling alchemy to 21? As far as i remember, we had a "free" lvl up from 20 to 21 when mod 7 came up...but now im lvling alchemy on my alts (for unified elements crafting) and have the problem getting it from 20 to 21...there is no task that gives any kind of exp. I have unlocked both lvl 20 potions (potency and protection, same as i have on my main) but still no task for lvling to 21...Any ideas?
