5 Superior marks to upgrade perfect elven battle???

As if the bug on the enchant wasn't enough for some reason I would have to burn more AD in marks if I were to upgrade it. Is this also happening with other weapon/armor enchants at high tiers?

Edit: it's supposed to be 2 marks for R11 and 4 for R12

    was same for upgrading my fey touched to pure.

    Weapon and Armor enchantment cost were not changed. The 500k cost is correct at the moment.
