My Paladin messy Heroic feats

guys i had a Lv.23 Paladin and i thought that i spent all points in Heroic feats unguidingly because like the other mm'os throughtout the quests i'm expecting a free reset thing...should i still continue or make a new one?

At level 23 payin ad for the respec wouldnt hurt it should be super cheap nothing like the 116k ad needed for lvl 70 id be surprised if its even 10k but i could be wrong
