Yes, like Lionsmane sets, Burning sets shall grant 2 and 4 part set bonnusses
I will state something different. Set bonus either in pve or in pvp is bad cause it limits variety and forces people to use certain gear.
I voted yes for burning cause i am in a small guild.But in general None gear should have a set bonus.
We have seen the mess since mod2.All Dcs running High prophet.All CWs the HV.All Gfs the KC.All GWfs the AoW.
Mod6 send these gear into dust and rightfully so.Please do not introduce again set bonus to any gear except if it serves certain pve purpose.(Dusk and drow serve only for the upcoming mod,no problem with this).
Don't take again the slippery road of "Must" sets.please no.
playing with limited content what should do a pvp player to gear up? what should do a foundry player to gear up? and if this was a solo-game, what should a social player do to join a guild?
the game is this: with guilds + pve + pvp. You want everything? you do everything, otherwise farm what you can farm and do not blame the "complete" players if they have more and better

Let's say i play in a guild i formed with 10 friends. I fullfill your requirements: i play in a guild. But with 10 people you have no chance to upgrade your stronghold enough to unlock the rank of marketplace required to get lionsmane, with current amount of stuff you need to put on coffer. It requires the coordinated effort of a big and active guild. I know it cause my main is indeed in a big and active guild, while my other toons are in other, smaller guilds, some formed with few friends.
So when you, from your sweet spot in black lotus guild, say that hey, you need to "do everything to get everything", you are just being a bit of an hypocrite, don't you think? Why then don't you and cesuke show us how you join a small guild and happen to get lionsmane?

Or may be the armor set and weapon set are locked not just behind a "be in a guild" requirement, but more like "be in a big and active guild or GTFO".

We form a guild. Just the three of us and few other guys. It's a guild right? It fills the requirement for us to have guild (generic)+pve+pvp.

Have you read the old forum posts on the Drow PVP armor that never got released? These same Huge PVP guilds wanted this exact kinda gating for that.lol If you have a maxed out toon, why be so scared that the other guy can get the same armor?
I'll be waiting for them to post their @handle, join a small test guild and prove how all you need to get the dragonflight/ lionsmane gear is
