Can't Get Served at Moonstone Mask

I sat at the bar for almost half an hour last night and I never got waited on.
A quick search of the D&D wiki shows there are, in fact, rules governing the consumption of alcohol. So. Is it because I'm a dwarf that I didn't get served? If so, my brethren and I shall storm this place and make it our own.

    I believe that the wait staff in the bar has been on strike every since the bit of land that the bar is on became detached. They are wishing for an actual bridge to the floating island, but all that Lord Neverember will fund is the portal, with the bridge connecting the portal to the floating island. So yeah, blame Lord Neverember. Personally, I think that may be part of the reason why the Nashers stole the crown in the first place.

    I suppose I can see how the staff's morale could be a bit low due to being cut off from the mainland as they are. Still, that makes them all the riper for a hostile take over <plots and schemes>.
    Anyway, I did, in fact, get served last night!! A very lovely player named Lisa went back there and took good care of us :) we did shots and then I passed out by the fire for a bit. Lovely night, indeed.
