if the bug fix includes optimizing game then it should be a priority, though we would still need some new content - they could return the old dungeons to save some manpower(compared to making new content), making content challenging and add vanilla t2 like drops
Retooling the Foundry? Making it give rewards worth doing? Un-kneecap authors' and let them create bosses, create geared NPC'S with current gear options, current worldly assets, and more? No. They most likely won't...

Wow, I'm the only one who voted for class balancing? getting tired of parties only exclusively wanting OP's as their tank.
with exception of Divine Protector class balance is fine(at least the best weve had so far), and even issues with Divine Protector is caused by ability to generate AP way too fast for how good the skill is

Yea, but that OP advantage makes an entire class, well... second class. Plus I'm reading through some complaints about TR's being "tanky" in PVP, and SW's having no impact in PVP. They're about to bring in a new class, and class balancing is crucial in making the game diverse, and preventing new players from leaving.
The bugs getting fixed should be a given, we really shouldn't be asking this from devs, this is really part of their job after all.

Bug fixes (and there's only a few that are truly annoying) won't fix the eventual boredom of lack of fresh content. This game is starving for it right now. I would have voted both campaigns, boons AND dungeons, but since there's only one option I voted dungeons because it's the part that is more lacking for the time being.
And for content, I also mean a foundry revamp with better rewards and better flexibility for creators to make it worth playing.

Class balance and bugfixing are in a complicated relationship @arcofortep12 truly you must be mindful of one when attempting to attend the other. But imo the best way to do it would be bug fix first, then balance on the correct data. Attempting to balance a faulty system only results in overcorrections that need to fixed later. (And before anyone responds yes, I have noticed I'll admit bias, and in hindsight see I've created a biased polling question)

Seems this explains why very often I see people leave epic dungeons at the start when there is no OP. Even the presence of a 3K character is not enough for them to stay
i wonder about state of "unfinished quest series" in Icespire Peak, i was at 3 giant kill task and break ice geysers, but it didnt end and returning back to Knox are missing to close up, i found 2 more camps way up/near top of mountain, and saw a final named giant but no quest starter. only been in one of quest dungeon and predator's den/troll cave for a book, and that was it, beside the other one was for dragon questline.
also, Common Cause really need a redo overhaul because that quest never get completed and broken each time and i tried all my alts to find where i missed, same result. unfinishable.
Just a quick question... I've noticed a few people want "class balancing" ... just exactly what does that mean? Do these people want to have a trickster rogue or a control wizard go toe to toe with a fighter in gladiator style combat? I just don't understand.... or do they want fighters to be able to cast spells and disarm traps?

Proper spelling of words like 'development," unless you meant to imply devils eloping.

1. Fix as much bugs as possible
2. Re-Release the old Dungeons
3. Include new content and work on the immersion of the game
