Leave Penalty and Disconnect Problem

I join a PVP and disconnected form the server, I logged in but removed from the map after five seconds and then got the leave penalty for 30 minutes! Wowwww! At least when your servers are having problem constantly, don't penalize us for that.
All is lost.

    Yeah this is getting annoying for me too. Last time it happened during a match we were winning...
