This game has become a pay to win game

I have a lv70 tr, cw, op, and my hunter is lv65 so far it's almost not possible to progress without spending any money on this anymore. Yes, i did purchase a dragonborn pack long time ago because i knew this game was worth the money and fun to play but now it's almost not possible to progress without spending more money and i refuse to waste more money on this game since the difficulty is so unfair.

Let me start first with this Icewind dale quest "Biggrin's Tomb" It was easy with my paladin but now trying with my tr and noticed that i cannot daze biggrin. I am a perma-stealth tr ( respected my feat to enjoy pvp more) now comes the next problem, seems biggrin can see me while in stealth. I get hit in stealth and can't do a SH*T. This is unfair for a tr.
I have 8% lifesteal chance, negation enchant, awesome dps, perma-stealth and yet, i am not able to beat this quest.

You may agree or disagree with, this is just bull. I don't seem to enjoy this game anymore like i did in mod5. Everything has become now more a pay to win in the game. You can say, ask for help or find a team but srsly? do i need to find a group everytime i want to do a quest that's almost impossible to beat because some enemies cant be dazed and still see and hit you while in stealth? What's the freaking point of using stealth if enemies can still see me and kill me in freaking stealth, no i am not talking about AOE damage, i am talking about getting hit by his melee attacks.

soooo.. how exactly would you propose to pay to win this situation? lol

you can buy enchantments and what not but it sounds like you already had those.. you can't buy high level gear with AD for the most part you have to figure out a way to earn it. there are no "pay 50k ad to beat this boss"buttons that I am aware of.

I'll give you that this game has become irritating with the last release in more than one regard but it's no more pay to win than it ever was. maybe it's a little less so if anything. I was able to come into the game and have t2 armor pretty much right away from running WOD and selling and buying on the ad. that ain't happening now.

i had no problem to finish briggin tomb wearing ranks 9 and profound set (35k hp) as a tr

stealth smoke bomb, jump jump jump, impossible to catch, dazing strike, a couple of cos, lurker assault, smoke bomb, cleric artifact...rinse and repeat

I beat Briggin's Tomb with 1 R8, the rest were all R7's.

Yah or you could grind for better gear like every1 else is doing. What is you gearscore and arpen stat?

Just someone else crying that the game is too hard. Simply because MOD 5 was so easy, this person never had to actually LEARN how to play their class lol. No TR I have talked with has has a problem soloing Biggrins.....but they actually KNOW how to play the class. This person sounds like they were taking advantage of certain glitches with the TR last MOD.

Stop crying just because you can't beat something. Learn to play your class and/or ask for help for it.

There are many opinions on both sides of the coin and in between. The bottom line is that if one has enough time, they can purchase anything in the game without ever having spent any money on the game at all. There are convenience items and some things in the Zen shop do give some advantages. However, everyone has the ability to earn anything in the game regardless of how much or little money they spend.
