Which is the fastest and cheapest way of refinement?

There is only one way.Refinement stones.It will be better if you hoard your refinement and use them on 2x events as bulks.There are different ways to farm them if that is you meant to ask.Some people run hourly heralds,some people farm in spinward,some runs in circles and farm HEs in IWD, others use dragon hoard enchantment

peridots/aquamarines/minor resonance/lesser resonance usually, the prices change so check market on what has the best price atm, pearls might be cheaper but they give only 100pts so its slow, better would be saving stones and using on 2x refinement

as you go through dungeons and boon farming. pick up the greens and feed them to your equip. not fast but it doesnt cost anything other than the plethora of id scrolls that drop.

There are no botting opportunities for stones, so buying from AH will not be cheap. But prices do fluctuate. Buy them when they are cheap and save for double-RP weekend. That is the cheapest way.

For fastest way, use your credit card. Unfortunately with stones, you can not have both.

Unfortunately, they only give few areas to get resonance stones. Artifact equipment is the hardest, compared to enchants and artifacts. Ensorcelled Mulhorand gear gives a second option for MH and OH. They will never be orange but are formidable purples at purchase for a 70 Lvl. This also let you concentrate on belt and neck.
