Dragon hoard stones stopped working?

If I play more than two hours I never get some more enhancement stones. It seems that there is a time cap and i get nothing after two hours.

If this is the case it MUST be removed ! People who play your game - also to help others should be not be negative affected. So if it sops working after 2 hours why should i stay online on your game? Why should I help others?

You have to think: If I'm NOT online in your game you have NO chance to earn money. So if I want to upgrade my Artifacts or things like that and I play several hours an I have not enough AD for upgrading the chance is hight that people buy ZEN. If I'm not online I will not buy anything.

    the dragon hoard does seem to be dropping WAY less than it used to. i game A LOT.. in an average multi hour I might get 2 things if I'm lucky. more often nothing. with the same enchantment before the last update it was more than that. I wasn't ever going to get rich from it but it was more.

    I haven't noticed a drop in mine.

    Could it be that you're doing less hits/dps/kills/whatever? I do notice a drop in certain groups (who are doing more kills or dps than I am), but I think that was normal from before anyway.

    Dragon Hoards got nerfed in this mod. This is a known fact.

    Yes, they did. Some. But, the main issue for most of the complaints (probably not the OP, but possibly thefiresidecat) is the player is only seeing the items they pick up. These items are not the drops from the DHE. They are regular mob drops.

    Many players do not know that drops from the DHE go straight to inventory and think there is a reduction because they miss the on-screen pop-up. Heavy time players will notice the nerf, significantly, players with less time per day will not notice any change, or very little. Like msbegotngirl, I haven't really noticed the change, and I was looking for it.

    Yeah, i wrote a thread about this a couple of weeks(?) ago.
    I'm running with 3xDH and 2xLDH (8%.) If i'm playing for five hours i'm getting like 5-7 drops.
    No AD and no refinements. This game is SO fun now.

    If the goal is to make people pay with real money, this is definitely not the way to do it. You might pay with real money to get going. Not to keep you afloat during the entire experience.

    Dragon Hoard is not broke. You just have **** luck. You only have a slim CHANCE at a drop. So get over it lol

    I switched over to 1 x 2% Dragons Hoard, 1 x R7 Salvagers and 2 x Fey blessing, no use wasting all slots on DH when they ruined it...
    I'm guessing the others will be killed off soon too?

    Just can't believe they did it. The point to kill stuff post 70 is to level artifact gear.

    no not true. I see them go into the inventory magically and they are the ones that are player bound. I also am a dps class. while I may not be the highest dps around I get great success about 50 % of the time in group encounters.

    yeah, the way to make people spend money is to make them love the game not to make them miserable. we all have different thresholds for buying games like this. I have a strict rule with Free to play. If I like the game and find myself hooked I will spend what I'd have spent on the game and any expansions. no more. I believe in paying for what I get.. but I don't believe in showering them with coins for fake stuff yah know. so It's all lost on me. I'm not one of the people who have to be the best IS NOW though. I'll get there when I get there. Currently I've got it high enough to muddle by. from what I'm reading no matter how high I get it the dungeons will be impossible anyway so why spin wheels? lol. I have other enchantments that drop things. they drop with profusion. I am thinking about just ditching the dragons hoard soon. it's pretty pointless.

    Jody095 the formula is pretty simple. Shut them off about 2 hours after you start playing.

    There also seems to be a set amount of daily rp. No more than 1 black opal. Maybe at most 2 flawless saphires. But I dont think you can get both the opal and the saphires.

    It normally takes me longer than it takes me to do the dailies than it does for them to shut off my rp. May get done with sharandar and iwd, then no more rp in wod or dread ring.

    They did not stop working, you must just have bad luck. You only have a chance to get a stone per kill, its not guaranteed. I have had no problems getting stones, thanks to the MANY I get a day I was able to get all my things to Legendary, and artifacts to Mythic.

    Ok deathbringer. You must be the only person in game that has amazing luck. Everyone in my guild, everyone on my friends list, everyone in this post and other posts must be wrong.

    Not saying anyone is wrong. Just saying its bad luck. I don't FARM refining stones. I run my dailies and dungeons. I get a **** ton of stones and that's it. I have never FARMED stones, as it seems boring and a waste of time.

    Lately i have this feeling, like some said i would have no problem paying for stuff if the game gave you a real chance. I mean i would had kept VIP at 10$ a month, i would had maybe spent on more bank slot, maybe a mount eventually? I dunno, 30$ for the one i want seem off the hook, but more or less i know down the road if i played this game for 1 year, i would had probably gone over 60$

    Now ... with the game hitting me in the face repeatidly... i don't feel like it. Can't make AD anymore, what i could had finally play at 60 once campaign is done is now lock again, so much dungeons removed... bah... feel like the game does not warm me to keep going. So what should i do... I won't spent a fortune in it... no thanks, so if i get stuck and can't progress than the only thing left is be done with it

    Also, In EVERY one of the threads about this there is almost a 50/50 split on people who are crying about the lack of stones (you) and the others you have noticed no difference. So your "everyone in this and other posts" comment is completely false. And EVERYONE is your friends list? Are your only friends the people you met in this game? If so, then that is sad.

    Ignorance is bliss...

    The fact is that if you play a short time every day, you'll most likely not see any differance, but after a few hours of (consecutive)play-time, you will get not get anywhere near whatever % drop-rate your Dragon Hoard tells you.

    There have been test on the PC-side that puts the ICD at quite a long time, but unless you play longer sessions you'll probably not notice this...

    @mightyeriksson I usually play for 4-6hours a day. Seeing how that is ONE-QUARTER of my day, I think that is plenty enough time to see some supposed drop in refining stone drops. But at last, still no change. So yes, ignorance is bliss in regards to you.

    By looking at your other posts, I gather that there's not much to be gained by further explaining things to you, but since your Dragon Hoard seems to work as it did at launch, good for you...

    @badmrfrostyxxx Once again, I play for maybe 6hrs a day, and I have personally not seen a difference in drops. Once again, I have never actually wasted my time farming stones, so maybe there is a difference I don't know. I was saying in MY experience there has been no change. So the way I play, I DO know the ins/outs, thanks you, you may leave.

    @mightyeriksson Why? Because I am calling you out on dumb comments like he/she does? lol I have seen Patsfire on the forum, some of the stuff he/she says is spot on, other stuff not even close. But if he/she were commenting on this thread I am sure he/she would call you a (blank) too lol

    Yeah, I said "possibly you" because your post said multi hour with 2 things, and even with the nerf, that is well below what should be seen.

    Did the devs ever explain what the formula was on the PC?
