Recently replaced hard drive and installed windows 10. When I try to open Arc I get the error message: Login has timed out. Please check your network connection. My connection is fine and I can get in on the wife's computer. Why can't I login on this computer? Help

Hi,

This sounds like a firewall problem.
A lucky guess solution is to start the client with administrative rights.
Another one is to put Neverwinter.exe among the exception of any firewall/antivirus program installed (included Windows Firewall)
