Grinding for Seals of the Protector is unreasonably lengthy

IF, and it's a pretty big IF, you're able to assemble a group that can complete, say epic cragmire, in a reasonable amount of time, once per day will still take you roughly 45 days to get 4 pieces of equipment that aren't garbage.
That's assuming you've got a minimum of 2 hours to spend in this game every single day for 45 days straight, no exceptions. Then, if you're like myself, some days you don't have the ability to play. Never mondays for me, nor every other Friday/Saturday. Now we're into the realm of 60 or more days for 4 whole pieces of gear.

That's right, devs, 60 days to acquire 4 pieces of gear so you aren't wearing garbage. Then, of course, you'll have several days during that 60 day period where you reach the final boss, and everyone in your group gets kicked from the game (like last night, which sure was great), so of course nobody wants to try after that. Now we're at what, 65-70 days for 4 pieces of usable gear?

Or, a level 70 needing decent gear has the option to go try his/her hand at PVP. This is an even worse option, because of the poor design and astonishingly unbalanced nature of the game. Instead of calling it PVP, you should rename it to "Be a rogue and automatically win," so there isn't any confusion as to your intent. Because I don't play a rogue, I lose 9/10 PVP matches (conservatively). A player needs somewhere around 80k glory to be able to get the gear from this set. Not to mention, some players just hate PVP because of how stupid and unbalanced it is because it was poorly designed and thrown into the game as an afterthought.

What are a player's options, you ask? I wonder that myself. If a person wants to play your game and do a dungeon more than once per day, they are punished by not receiving any worthwhile rewards. Why are you punishing your customers? Do you not want them to play the game? Is your objective to have a player complete their one single dungeon daily, log off to go play a game whose developers LIKE the customers, and then to come back to your game tomorrow? It's all very confusing.

Well, that is good news at least. Instead of getting a worthless 2 seals per mini boss, we'll receive 10, and bosses will give 20. So a person could actually repeat a dungeon a few times in a day and make some fair progress.
Now, if only they cared about PVP, we'd have some versatility.

Side note: apparently, when stronghold gets released, we'll have a VIP program! This VIP program is brand new and has 12 ranks. Each rank of this VI...... wait wait wait. This sounds familiar. Too familiar.
It's almost as if VIP was already released. Or maybe I'm having deja vu.

ITs supposed to be lengthy. This is a game to grind at, not to run one thing and get the best stuff in game lol. Have you never played a grind game before

Grinding is grinding, kid. But 60-70 days for 4 pieces of gear is unreasonable.

Thats grinding lol. PLUS they have double seals. Which thanks to that I was able to get 3 of my Protectors Seal gear pieces. So it is a grind, if you don't like it then this is not the game nor the genre for you.

Have you ever played an MMO before? I don't understand why people complain about gear being hard to get and dungeons being too difficult. Would you really prefer to be handed end game gear in the first couple weeks or for dungeons to be so easy they are boring? If that was the case half of the player base would move on to another game within the first month or two. I know I definitely would. The grind keeps me going. If anyone doesn't like to grind then MMO's are definitely not for them.

As for finding a group to knock out dungeons, just join an active guild. We have a pretty active guild and at anytime probably have at least 1 or 2 groups running a T2 and usually knocking them out in 20-30 minutes.

    ^^^^^^^^

Maybe the wrong forum to ask, but I am currently looking to split with my guild I have been with since the beginning. I have done 1.....yes 1 dungeon with them as they are never on. Of course I feel like I am ALWAYS on, but honesty...of the 300+ I maybe see 2 or 3 of my guild on at a time.
