So, the encounter power Bane seems to work incorrectly with the Judge feat.
When Tab is used, normally, encounter powers get reduced cooldown time from Judge. But Bane doesn't. In fact, it actually freezes the time momentarily (about 1 second). I'm not sure whether this is supposed to happen to prevent abuse of a previous combo, but it can sure seem annoying. After all, it is a 24 second cooldown for the whole power to reset.
