So did the requirements for Superior marks of Potency change from the original announcement for the PC? The wording on the Patch notes for Xbox is a little different, and I see it is asking for lots of Superior Marks to go from 10 to 11 and 11 to 12. This is compared to two Superiors indicated in the original announcement - which also said weapon and armor enchantments weren't affected.
