Just wanted to post a few commands I found tonight after doing some experimenting.
In Star Trek Online... I always use Hud_Statustarget_Space_Bufflist scale 1.75 and it took me awhile to find the equivalent for NW... and turns out its pretty basic and logical. lol

gensetearlyoverridefloat Statusself_Bufflist scale 1.75 In NW
/bind KEY "gensetearlyoverridefloat Statusself_Bufflist scale 1.5" works like a charm.
Not really tested but I assume gensetearlyoverridefloat Statusself_Debufflist scale 1.75 will also work.
I haven't been able to find a good one for target lists... if anyone knows which one works let me know.
I have tried all the StatusTarget_buff / bufflist and almost everything else I could find in the system but nothing working so far.
