How do you earn Cear reputation?

in General Discussion (Xbox One)
I cannot progress past 10 in icewind dale and see no method of earning it. This campaign is deadlocked as is right now, I see no quests of any sort in the area.

    You have to except the daily from Bowen Brant or the Arcane chick. Faction leaders.

    there is no "!" above their heads on the map, you have to go and talk to them though. I missed this for a couple days also because of it. Their quests are always the same. Complete one heroic encounter and gather 300 black ice.
