Login Issue

I need some help. In order to play the game I need to switch to another users account and back into my account in order for the play option to be available. Is this a setting issue or something I will just have to live with?

    Do you use multiple Xbox controllers frequently?
    I've noticed that the game ignores the attempts to continue if you play on one controller, then turn XBOX down, then wake it up on a different controller.

    P.S. What I usually do in such cases is:
    1) "long press on XBOX button"
    2) Choose turn off the controller
    3) Press Xbox button again to turn on the controller
