Seeking a guide that gives a break down of the different powers & feats of the paladin. Is there one somewhere around and if so, get a possible link to it.

PS. I'm not looking for builds. I'm looking for a guide on how useful the different powers and feats are.

The usefulness of the feats and powers depends on the build. Thus each guide has some commentary on the powers and feats involved in it.

you might want to specific dev or prot pali too. as the path will change what the powers do.
example. wrath never leaves my bar on my prot pali. and is rarely slotted on my dev.

In my build I do a break down of every single power, however, I only cover the relevant feats. This may change as time goes on, if I decide to expand my guide and include the tank paragon.
