Where is the tome "Mount Training IV"?

I cannot find the tome to upgrade my Epic Mount rank 3 to rank 4 and get the 140% speed. Already exists plans to include this in the game?

People would immediately start jacking the price on the purple stat mounts up to whatever the legendary version is going for minus the cost of the new mount training.

Exactly. Why bother asking? Only possessors of massive AD vaults will even contemplate something like this - in other words the botter types the game masters loathe so badly.

Cheaper to just pull VIP and do the 1/day keys, and use them on your lockbox of choice.

Unless of course the game masters finally come to their senses and slash the AD prices in the AD store. Not holding my breath on that.
