As a Sab WK, I've been running AdvPos and OpDark but don't really seem to notice a lot from OpDark. I run with DisHeart and COS in PVP and in PVE same for mobs and use DF for bosses or high hit point baddies. Do you think I would be better off using Dagger Threat instead? Thx. I would have to switch the offhand from AdvPos to DagThreat.

When using duelist flurry is not.
In pve is always HAMSTER instead
To give you an idea how much 20' is in this game, most melee powers are at default 15' in range. 20' is a distance where you are a hair's width away from the tip of an at-will melee attack a GWF/GF/TR swings at you. In other words, it means Dagger Threat will boost your damage when you are effectively at zero-range, "in your face" situation, at a distance where your throwing arm would probably smack your target on the head before you release.
How often do you throw CoS or ImpactShot at targets such distances? How long do the opponents stay at that distance?
...
Conversely, OD itself is not a big damage booster, either. What it does, is synergize specifically with certain WK features to bring forth a situation where you can reliably land melee at-will combos against your target -- specifically being; the target is; (a) dazed and unable to dodge away or retaliate, and (b) slowed. So if you don't use melee at-wills like SF or DF as main mode of attack, OD won't do you much good.
If you know something to be broken, stop using it.
Otherwise, you've got no right to be speaking of 'balance.'
Why would you ever think that it works in the manner you think it does?? There's nothing in game that works that way.
