Transcendent Terror Enchant bugged!

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
This enchant seems to be buffing the enemies damage and defense instead of lowering it by 40%. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

    It eas bugged on pc too then got fixed, wait some patches

    Rayrdan would you say that the terror is better than Feytouch weapon enchant in mod 7? Obviously I can't test it myself because it's bugged. Thank you in advance.

    Terror is absolutely not a good enchant for dps. Feytouch is way much better for it. Terror is used by supports for some more debuffs and in some niche pvp builds for the root effect at transcendent levels which procs more or less every 7 seconds instead of 30 like stated on the tooltip
