Issues occuring after most current patch

Well, all this has occurred within the span of 24 hours(maybe a little more) from the release of the most current patch
1. Logged on after patch. No Seal of Triumph received after winning PvP. Next day (after reset), received seal as per the patch note yet no seal for the day before.
2. Upgrading Artifact from Epic to Legendary with preservation ward. After 4th try with preservation ward, it removed the reagents (5xGMOPotency 2xGMOPower). Still have remaining 3 preservation wards and no reasonable person would risk 1 preservation ward against losing GMOPotency and GMOPower.
3. Approximately 20 minutes after event 2, Neverwinter froze and shutdown to home screen without warning or disconnecting message.
4. Logged on after about 6-7 hours, Invoked and it stated I could no longer invoked for the day (I believe it was only the 2nd or 3rd invocation I have done for the day)
Tickets have been raised for issue 1 and 2.
