Issues with the game since the new dashboard update came to my xbox one today

Since the update happened i have encountered several things with my character and controls on the game.
First off I'm a control wizard
The power ray of frost no longer works correctly. It just simply doesn't do anything most times when you press the button which is left trigger or right trigger, i tried both and i tried 2 different controllers
When using right trigger to change bags in my inventory it now scrolls down if i dont press it fully in or press it fully in fast enough
I can no long use the A button to interact with peoples name in chat. Instead of displaying more options when i press A it now just moves down to the next line of text as though i hit down on the dpad or Left stick
