How do we get Seals of Triumph now that we can't get Domination Victory quest in PvP!

What's going on here, developers have taken away Astral Diamonds from most sources and now we can not get Seals of Triumph to purchase equipment... Am I missing something? A little help please!!!!

    Before anyone comments, I understand the AD issue is due to abuse on the PC side of the house. XB1 is not PC and we need answers!
