Hi just created my cleric, i want to be a tank on pvp and advance fast on pve to achieve lvl 70 faster, what should my path be?

There's no quick answer to your questions. What do you want to do with your cleric? Heals, buff/debuff, PvE, PvP.....?

There were fixes in damage and DR bug. Nothing unusual now to complete etos without healer at all. I would recommend to start with Faithful AP build, AC paragon can be handy to run T1 without tanks.

Come back at 70 before your re-spe. Use this time to learn and read about your class.
Then ask for tips.

Well, that is long road ahead of you.

Solo DPS leveling - invest into Chains/Divine Glow/Daunting Light, master divinity and you will handle levels up to 60 easily. Not sure if you up to spend some AD on ensorceled mulhorand weapon (main hand), it is cheap but its damage matches to "Legendary" level of Elemental artifact weapon adjusted to level. This weapon will be your best friend for long time and cleric class benefits a lot from it.

You can also pick Righteous Divine Oracle for leveling, easier, although you will have to spend cash/ad for respec.

My point of view for cleric evolution at level 70 in regard of gear

IL 1.6-2.4 - Faithful
IL 2.4-3.0 - as Faithful with massive healing gets less and less relevant, Virtuous starts shine - HoT healing works more in burst manner and you can focus on DPS buffing
IL 3.0+ - Virtuous with Righteous feats is great healer and DPS buffer, Righteous with Virtuous feats - sufficient healer for good teams and best DPS buffer.

Anyway mod 8 can bring a lot of changes (another disaster or not lol).

Perfect summary.
Just one more point of attention. Unless you reroll, you have to think know what kind of cleric you want to be (>3K+)
Virtuous with Righteous feats is great healer and DPS buffer: I'm this one. I suggest to go Wis-Cha and then Pow and Rec in this case. I would add "AP spammer"as another important feature of the virtuous path. Increasing Recovery makes the virtuous a daily spammer as well. I can cast HG in few seconds and - partially - this compensates the lack of crit. When I'm buffed (BoB, HG, DG), I double my DPS output.
Righteous with Virtuous feats. Go Wis - Str and then Pow, Crit and Arpen. Indeed the righetous is defenitely the best DPS buffer.

What about those of us that are DO and Righteous? LOL. Gone are the days of the good guides/builds, IMO. Not just for this class, but pretty much all others (with the exception of Ironzerg who explained very well the theory behind the build). Mod 6 made all the older stuff obsolete.

This is just the very basic: then try to figure out how stats roll, enchantments, artifacts, companions, boons, etc work.
I'm not saying that this is the best: it's only one between many options, but it matches the way I want to play (PvE mainly).

EDIT: the NW calculator shows some mistakes in my browser. AA should have 3 points at least.
