Dread Ring - Wrong Marks Awarded?

I had done Phantasmal Fortress a few times over the weekend, and I get that it is a 'chance' to get a XMOU (Greater, Lesser, etc), but I have gotten Power stuff instead every time. Is it me or are the wrong marks being given for the wrong instance?

    Ugh... Thank you for the response, @defiantone99. Do you know if it's a consistent mismatch; for example, would Dread Spire or Death Forge consistently give the other marks respectively (and what one to what instance)?

    Dread Spire gave me Marks of Union both days. So, it seems like all the "pick your lair" quests are a waste of time. Might as well pick the one that is easiest or most convenient (near the dailies).

    Seems to be reversed for me. Guaranteed not to get power if do power quests. So I usually do opposite (union) and get powers mostly

    JUST during WEEKEND whatever mini dungeons you do can drop whatever marks.
    just during weekend.
