HELP ME PLZ UNBAN ME (HOW LONG DOE'S IT TAKE)

I've submitted a ticket my gamertag is linked I did not get an email stating why I have been banned if even sent an email to customer support with no response it's been over 12 hour's I am yet to hear from arc. Can ur customer service infrastructure be so bad while u are reaping so mutch of our cash.
If it isn't to mutch to ask can someone just get back to me asap I am mising out on double refinement and u guy's are mising out on the cash I was going to spend. PLZZZZZZZZ

    12 hours is nothing man, you do realize how many people play this game right? There are probably thousands of tickets submitted. I once missed double XP for COD in the first week AW was released but my world didn't fall apart over it. You will just have to wait until the next DR comes around, that's life.

    I'm sorry but discussing bans are forbidden on these forums. Given that it is the weekend, you will more than likely have to wait until Monday to be unbanned, if customer service decides that your ban was unjust.
