Stronghold code in mail

So I just realize yesterday when I came back to game thatI still did not recieved the redeemable code for the stronghold starter pack in my mail ("Conquer our biggest map yet!"). So it is never gonna be arrived and only the lucky players get this code or what? Please I know the pack contains vouchers and I need that. Why I did not get that code? Anyone here who is do not have this code too? Oh and yes I started the game before the Strongholds came out and I was online everyday before it came out so that is why I do not know why I did not get the code -_-"""""""""""

These codes usually go out to people who DON'T log on for a long time. Yes, I know it's annoying, I've complained about it to. Hopefully they will start occasionally doing promotions for people who actually PLAY the game, and not just entice those who quit.

What? So players who not play the game recieve in game items... hmm... it is kinda... it is nonsense... but I'm not surprised that is what we can expect.
