I am getting very, very frustrated with this. Personally, I have fiber optic internet on my end, so I know I'm not the likely source of the problem. Come on mods, tell us what's going on. Please. Continually give us updates! Communication needs to be 1000x better than its current level. I would like to not only know what problems there are and the immediate plan to fix them, but also long-term plans for patches. I would think customer service of this level was commonly in place these days, but I have yet to see it here. Any thoughts on this, customer service team?

While I would also appreciate a 'we are aware and working on it' post in regards to the recent crushing performance issues, what you are asking for (in total) here is kinda ridiculous. Just imagine if some random stranger walked into your place or work and demanded the same. Look for a 'we understand and we're on it' and be happy with it.

And, there is a bright side; there is no better time to level your 'Rubber Banding' profession to 25.

I asked others this in another thread, are you using Verizon Fios? I think there are two different issues here. One being there is rubberbanding that everyone is seeing in dungeons. The second I believe may be an issue with Fios and Neverwinter. I believe Cryptic uses the same hosting as Netflix, which if you remember not too long ago was being throttled. Supposedly Verizon and Cogent came to an agreement earlier this year, but you never know.

I do know that I was having serious rubberbanding the past week. I've got a static ip setup for xbox, ports opened, etc. But it didn't help. I switched to wifi just to test some more, and rubberbanding seems to have disappeared. I'll know for sure over the next few days. I was constantly getting server timeouts. I think it may be this actiontec router to be honest. I may run a bridge to my other router and try to hardwire the xbox that way.

All I know is the game was playable in pvp and iwd again, which made me very happy.

Well, tonight it is just as bad as the night before, so I'm thinking it was sheer coincidence that the lag cleared up. We'll see.

im having the same problem im rubber banding and getting lots of sever not responding popping up its so bad that I can barely play and the stupid thing is my friends aren't having a problem at all im at a loss on wat to do :(
