Guild stronghold report screen still shows wrong remaining time

Guild stronghold report screen still shows 0 remaining time, unless you walk to some of building Sign and click on it. In this case it shows correct timers until you leave SH map.
This problem was supposed to be fixed few patches ago (according to patch notes)
