2nd character not getting triumph coin from daily win quest

my primary character works fine but my level 65 2nd character just doesnt get the reward just the astral diamonds.i had this character pre mod 6 just didnt do much pvp till now.

any help with this would be great,dont want to have to delete this character

    you do not get them until u hit lvl 70 .....

    you get glory and ad only until 70
