Elemental Weapons Glitchy?

Well, to the point. After getting my Elemental Artifact weapons and changing the skill from what it used to be (Cloud of Steel), it seems like it's... "Glitchy". I mean, I changed it to Glooming Cut, but on the "details" it doesn't show how much the increase % is. For me, it says (Can't remember word for word): "Increase damage done by Glooming Cut by ??%"

The "??" is what I'm referring to as "Glitchy". Unsure how to fix it. Is it a bug? Will it resolve itself? My current weapons are Blue if that's relevant. Does the increase still work despite not telling me how much?

My MH is the same with a ??%, upon inspecting the item character sheet it revealed the __% for me. Hope this helps.

Mine initially came with Gloaming Cut and the description on the weapon also said by "??%" When I look at the stats under the class feature list it says by 6%.
