Relentless Avenger problem

When I try to use relentless avenger in battle with other players around the creature I am trying to hit, I continuously get a xxxxxxx is not a valid target (where xxxxxxx is the player not my target). This is very irritating and can lead to a lot of wasted time trying again and again to get the power to fire.

I am an OP Protector build that was rebuilt from a devotion.

this bug is as old as paladin, reported it waaaaaaaay back, i think its caused by devotion ability of the skill. so its probably about 1.5 years til they fix it
