Best way to get marks of gratitude?

So I've opened hundreds of the enchanted coffers, from the "Guard young noble on trip" leadership task, but they seem to only drop resources for the level 21-25 tasks. Would I need to run tasks that grant the older blue or purple chests, (level 20 and below), in order to get the marks of gratitude that are needed for the few leadership tasks that do still reward ADs?

Refugees is the best way to get Gratitudes. You need 15 Refugees to get 1 Mark of Gratitude from the Rare task (4get name). The Epic chests that comes with this task might also contain 2 Marks of Gratitude. You can manage to get 3 Rare AD bonus from Leadership a week this way, more if ya really focus on it.
