I could not agree more with this post. These are the cries of the epic and skilled player base.

Did you really think giving us a new level cap and a tiny amount of content would make up for the 12 dungeons you removed?
I wear my 'Dungeon Master' title with pride. What are we working towards exactly in terms of character progression? What content are we going to be doing with our Stronghold gear? The same old 6 dungeons?? Endless Heroic Encounters?
I don't feel like giving back what was lost to long time players will hurt any of the new players. The game is missing a very important piece right now.

Well.. ok , Ive thought about it, do I want the old dungeons back, but sadly there IS NO reason to run said old dungeons..
With the removal of the unique loot tables, you just end up running the fastest ones most of the time.
Whats the point? Variety is ok to a point and yes I would plop into them every once in awhile, but I wouldnt do them daily and if I could still make more running elol 300 times, vs sp 300 times, Im going to run elol that many more times instead.
There just isnt ENOUGH farmable loot in this game to warrant dds. Now they could add something, that would be salable , that would be nice. Or tons of RP , that would be even better.
We see this even now with the 3 "Tier 2" dungeons we have. Why should we take the abuse of Cragmire or the Wolf Den, when Temple of the Spider offers the same rewards, and is much easier and faster to complete? The answer is... we dont. If I want Protector seals... I run ToS. If I am bored and just want to prove to myself I can beat one of the others... I run one of them.
Yes... the RESTORAL of the original dungeons also needs to come with gear that makes players want to run them. Varied armor sets... with... umm... SET BONUSES. They can still drop Elemental or Protectors seals depending on the difficulty level of the dungeon, but the armor needs to be something different.
Oh.. and here is a thought... how about a chance at a decent main or offhand to drop that ISN'T AN ARTIFACT WEAPON? Maybe it's the old school D&D'er in me... but when I think of "Artifact"... I think of something incredibly rare... or... that there is only ONE of. The "artifact gear" we have now... are not artifacts. They are resource draining, life sucking, accursed items that anyone can get just by completing a mind numbing amount of Vigilance Quests.
I am calling on every player who reads this, and agrees that we are in serious need of EPIC END GAME CONTENT... to take up the battle cry and rally together...

But let's look at what we have...I agree that with (EVEN) old dungeons we have to get something from running them apart from what we can gain from actual T2's. If it's Protector Seals and RAD...nope majority of us would just run ToS as stated above.
Loot tables eh? what should the add to it? GMOPS? SMOPS? refining stones? I'm so freaking tired of all this refining nonsense...you say you want a MH to drop? no way! we have our stupid HAMSTER artifact weapons (refinement again...) and there is no real alternative to them.
Let's face it. Cryptic will never trash artifact weapons. So there will be nothing new added to the dungeons loot tables - new, old super new whatever...the era when we had to do TOS bazilion of times to get our chest piece, or 2 x bazilion SP's to get the hat (I still hate you Helm of the Timeless Hero!!!) is long long gone.
We can say what we want, but the game as it was till mod 2 is gone and will never return. There will be more and more refining upon refining of refined gear and that's it.

they could make "dungeon of the day" - all runs/first x runs reward smth extra(based on how long the dungeon takes to run) rewards could be gmops/smops, RP, Vouchers, AD, gems etc.

it mentions 10man battle, so in pve terms its either a raid or smth they here call Heroic Encounter, aka. as smth that starts with s and ends with t, and usually smells unless dried

I hope no more heroic encounters are ever added into the game.. there are so many HEs that virtually do nothing, what a waste of time and coding to add them to the maps.
If you have run that gambit, stop implementing it. Do something different.
I really hope that there truly is a ten man REAL raid with 2 groups of ten that can be added together. Thats what I truly hope. That would be fun.

THERE IS no t1s that people cant run between 1.8 and 2k i level if teams work together.
In fact the most efficient root for a brand new player.. would be to do elol twice and kr twice.. Get 4-5 pieces of salvage at the same time.
Thats what new players should be doing. You can also join a guild or legit and be carried through them, without really having to do much honestly.
The problem still lies in costing, gmop reduction was good, but there is SO much more that needs to be reduced in game still.
How can you make a more easier dds then elol and kr?

This game is all about DPS, burn it or fall asleep. And this thing you've said about Tiamat.
I've missed mod5 so few weeks ago it was actually my 1st time when I entered Tiamat's temple and I must say the fight looks excellent. I like the music, I like the scenery and Tiamat itself has a great looking model which I really enjoyed.
Than again...I ran EGWD with the guild, and finally, after 2 or more years of doing it (or having it around) I finally stopped for a second and explored, sit down my steel covered HAMSTER (yeah I'm a GF) and looked at some of the places which are beautifully placed within the dungeon - and just didn't fight all the HAMSTER time.
I was amazed how many thing I actually missed just zerging through the dungeons. You can only do this with the guild, playing pug you just plow through the instance without even noticing what's around you.
I miss the old days, I miss the old dungeons, some of them are perfectly made from the visual point of view. When I look at ELOL it makes my eyes bleed. It's terrible and almost always laggy.
Oh and I wonder how many people actually noticed the swinging chandelier in Traven's chamber? (yeah I know, we're all too bussy impaling him on spikes, looting the chest and zerging another dung to get our 3k RAD) and the Frozen heart beating above the giant boss?
Sorry about the oftop here. Just want to point out that old dungeons we're really something. New ones are just plain terrible.

Yup... @darlo4ragnar and @kemi1984 are both right here. I really hope the devs are reading this, or they have taken note of the animated buttons that are growing in number on these forums. I really hope they are... because they have yet to respond to any of it.
I am not going to stop pushing this point... not until we get our dungeons back.
I was just talking with some friends in our guild about Spellplauge. I still remember that mad dash to the last campfire before the boss... trying to get there and dragging all the mobs with you before you died. I cant tell you how many times I died on that run before I could finally make it to the end.
Those dungeons were so much fun... no matter how many times we ran them.
