Game Issues (Updated)

My game was freezing, lagging ect. so I deleted the game prefs to get it back to where it would load, now it wont load and keeps not responding form the neverwinter screen.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Already did a soft and a hard reboot on the PC.

    OK I've tried safe mode, ran force verify, I got it to load fianlly and as soon as it does the screen freezes. It ran fine before the last patch. now I'm stuck in helms hold and cant move more that a few steps before it freezes. This is after setting the game to all default settings. I've even tried taking the game to all lowest settings and still freezes.
