XboxOne Refinement issue: Fuming!!! Need help please

I really need help, I finally got to level 70 today, and got my new artifact weapons. So I Unequipped my old Golden Dragon Main-hand and Offhand weapons, equip the new Elemental weapons, then refined my old weapons into them to rank them up as you would...
But I forgot to remove my Enchantments first!!!! I had 2x Radiant rank 9 enchantments in them which I'm not massively fused about, but I also had a Perfect Vorpal in there which of course I am fused about.
I do understand this was a self inflicted error on my behalf, but we are talking about £100/120 (2,000,000 astral diamonds) that has been accidentally refined. Can a member of the Arc/Neverwinter team investigate my account as proof that i have made this error and maybe try and reimburse me for my loses? Even just a replacement Perfect Vorpal would be grateful as I'm currently HAMSTER.
