Zen Purchase bugged?

It is already rare for me to buy zen so I am curious as to whether there is an issue somewhere in the system. I charged one purchase and it shows just one purchase on my transaction history but Arc shows me as having two and I have the zen from two purchases. Any idea what happened and can I get the second error transaction refunded?

    The coupons are not holding it's price either when activated, this is very irritating. I click on the coupon to get the 15% discount and the price still remains 1,000 Zen.
    I may not be considered by most the BEST PVP Warlock on the server but, I am the most HATED amongst them.

    About discount coupons, open and close the ZEN shop, until you can pick the coupon from the drop down menu, before paying.
    I do believe in killing the messenger...

    There's nothing anyone on the forums can do for you, you need to talk to Billing/Support.
