Call to Arms Event Rotation

I was just wondering after I looked through the different Call to Arms events that occurred throughout Neverwinter: would it be possible to create an event rotation throughout an entire year (or two years) in which the previous, current, and future Call to Arms campaigns are accessible. For the crazy completionists out there trying to fill out their collections page, this would be an incredible boon, so that new players aren't left in the dust because they can't exactly get everything in the game...
