I have at least 3 stacks of refinement stones and various marks of whatever on my Main and all of my alts. At one point the Devs had said they were going to reduce the number of binding types so we could clean up our inventories.
I want to make a simple request. Allow me to take unbound items and make them bound to Account. In this way I can at least get rid of one of my stacks for each item.
I would even go so far as to say that everything that is currently bound to Character should be converted to being bound to Account as well. An example being an Icon I got from a lock box which is an Encorcelled Mulhorand item but it is bound to character to my GWF and I cannot Salvage or trade or consume the item into my Artifact weapon leaving me with the rather disappointing option of simply selling it for a paltry few silver.

If I have a stone that grants 500 RP to anything, why do I need one that grants 5000 RP to anything? Just drop 10 of the 500 RP stones at once, and be done with it. Or better yet, make RP like Black Ice and store is a simple counter - DONE. Course, bag sales would reduce, so we probably can't have that.
That said, Enchants don't bind, so what I do to get around the character-bound thing is just put an enchant in the shared slot, and rotate it through all my alts. Time consuming, sure, but gets their bags clear of bound stuff. Unbound gets stacked into my guild bank for later. Not a perfect solution, but the BtA thing doesn't bother me that much I guess (then again, I have DH bags too).
And in regards to bag space, you'll still sell bags. It's an MMO, people will find SOMETHING to stuff in their bags, it's like some unwritten law that your bag space automatically sucks up whatever junk you find along the way...it's virtually impossible to avoid
EDIT: Even better, BtA all those RP and Enchantment drops, then remove the CD on Dragon's Hoard and Feytouch enchants. And make group kills count towards the drop rate.
1 - Make all RP bound (new and current, with little to no warning)
2 - Put anything that needs a drop rate boost into dungeon chests.
3 - Watch the bots squirm.
4 - Profit.
PS Zerg, you meant Fey Blessing, not Feytouched *ducks a thrown shoe*
