Waters or Lantern?

in The Thieves' Den
I have the Emerald Enclave Artifact Pack and it gives you the choice of the Waters of Elah'zad or Lantern of Revelation but I can't decide which one would be best for the Rogue. What do you guys think?

    In PVE or PVP with an EX build you're only in stealth for maybe 25% of the time when engaging. Besides, the Arm Pen and Combat Advantage alone makes it the best option for a TR. No point in making an argument against the best obvious choice.
