    Our team has identified what could be causing the server issues and are looking to resolve these now.

    Joy now if they would only post stuff on there own website and not just on social medias that I do not want to use like Twitter

    what about those of us with vip who cant get on to collect our enchanted key because of this problem?

    Apparently some users have had success by creating a second Xbox Live profile (new gamertag), launching Neverwinter, changing active user to the previous gamertag and playing from there. It seems the client stops recognizing some gamertags.
