Chat Box Word-Wrap not wrapping.

I'm now getting an issue where the text within the chat box goes beyond the boundaries of the box so that the last few letters or even last couple of words are lost beyond the edge of the chat box. Even if I resize the chat box the letters stay lost. Basically the word-wrap doesn't recognise the end of the box and format properly. Has anyone else encountered this and if so how can I fix it?

I have had this since the launch of elemental evil, although previously resizing the box would reset the word wrap (until one zoned or changed instances that is). I have not tested to see whether the resize no longer temporarily corrects it or not for me anymore.
