Playing on a new console

Hi guys,

Lately i've had a few problems with my xbox one console so i'm going to take it back whilst it is still under warranty on the hope of a new console / repair. If they were to issue a new console i'm just wondering how would I recover my neverwinter progress / characters etc. Or is my data all saved to the cloud so i simply re download the game and sign in on my xbl profile and everything will be there again? Just don't want to lose anything, thanks.

    It'll all be there. I switch between 2 consoles regularly, and just have to wait for it to sync and then off I go. All saves are to xbox cloud thing (and I believe this includes other games as my Thief saves carried over to new console too).

    You are good. I have two X1's and like the above posters your account is all driven by what is on their servers/cloud.
