So how I do make 20m AD for a mount ?

    If you're looking for a specific item, you're always better off just buying it directly.

    If you're looking to make some AD by reselling items on the AH ... well, good luck with that. With VIP packs, buying keys directly is basically a losing proposition.

    Alas! Well, I don't have 5.5 mil at the moment (well, maybe if I liquidated all my purple tools I might come close), and I'm not 100% sure the Coastal Flail Snail is the Snail for me.

    Ahhh. Excellent. That means that those of us who care 0 craps about PVP can have it cheaper, because the PvP centric player base aren't part of the demand pool.

    I already have an epic mount, so I won't be buying anything unless it's +140% speed :P

    Why not? The 140% is what ever. But the u still get the bouns from the epic mount of strider and snail...

    Waiting on AxeBeak. I'd rather have a giant duck than a giant chicken. The ArmPen nice. Actually I'd rather not have a giant duck or chicken, but would like the ArmPen served on my Shadow Wolf.

    +30% move speed is definitely not whatever. That reduces the time I currently spend on my mount by 12.5% man. That's time I could be doing quests instead of just getting to them.

    Then you won't have the best possible mount.

    Not sure why people are having trouble understanding that that's how games work. New gear/mounts/etc are introduced over time pushing the previous best items out of their BiS status. Games can make it such that if you have the earlier BiS it's easier to get the later BiS, and should if getting BiS is unnecessarily difficult, but I find the indignation that there's now better stuff than one's current stuff to be pretty silly.

    So you're willing to sacrifice effectiveness for the sake of theme. Good for you :p

    Well, I do agree that a 140% speed book would be reasonable. I think you should give up on the item powers thing, though.
